We remove the door, deep-clean both top and bottom tracks with professional tools, lubricate with a dry silicone spray, and reinstall. This alone transforms most sluggish doors — and is quoted flat-rate before we start.

Track repair involves straightening bent sections, replacing damaged segments, or full track replacement when the channel is beyond repair. Cost: typically is quoted flat-rate before work begins, depending on the extent of damage and track length.
