About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Glide Door Experts ("we," "our," "us"). By scheduling, accepting, or paying for our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Glide Door Experts provides sliding door repair, roller replacement, track repair, glass replacement, lock repair, installation, and related services across Greater Phoenix, Arizona. We provide a clear written quote before any work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are flat-rate and provided in writing before work begins.
- Additional work outside the original quote requires your written or verbal approval before we proceed.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- We accept all major credit cards, cash, and approved payment methods.
Warranty
Every repair we perform is backed by our standard 1-year warranty covering both parts and labor under normal residential use. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and component failure.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper use after our service
- Modifications or repairs made by someone else
- Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work
- Acts of nature (storms, earthquakes, etc.)
Scheduling & Cancellation
We do our best to honor every appointment window. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you as soon as possible. We ask the same courtesy from you โ please call us at (646) 221-7897 as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your door and the issue at the time of scheduling
- Ensure access to the work area during your appointment
- Disclose any known prior damage or repair attempts
- Pay for completed services as agreed
Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We carry full general liability insurance and are licensed and bonded in Arizona.
Property & Worksite
We treat every home with respect. Our technicians wear shoe covers, protect surrounding floors and furnishings, and clean up before leaving. If we accidentally cause damage to your property during service, we will work with you to make it right.
Disputes
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us first. We work hard to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Most concerns can be resolved with a phone call โ call (646) 221-7897 and ask for the owner.
